The 1 mile radius of this spell becomes a Magic Saturated Zone for level 0 and 1 spells.
As a Magic Saturated Zone, anyone can cast a spell (of level 0 or 1) by simply paying its components and taking the time to do so. Characters can only cast spells that they can figure out how to cast: A Spellcraft check equal to the DC to identify the spell being cast is sufficient, as is having seen the spell being cast in the past hour. Metamagic cannot be imitated in this way. Whenever a spell is cast by taking advantage of the Magic Saturated Zone, the duration of the Magic Saturated Zone decreases by a number of rounds equal to the spell's level (minimum 1).
The caster level of a spell cast by using the Magic Saturated Zone is equal to half your caster level.
