- They exist. Tiger Claw is mostly made of these (to the point where it's actually a flaw). The reason one does this is a restrictive one, preventing people from picking it up without a little investment, as well as keeping it out of the hands of those spending 3000g for the maneuver via item, unless they meet the pre-reqs otherwise. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 02:16, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
