Devouring the lives of others is easy, but to devour your own life is madness! Or perhaps, it is being efficient, giving no time to wasted power. For every 10 points of damage you have received from an external source that round, you gains a +2 bonus to Strength. The bonuses stack, up to your caster level (max +20 at caster level 20). For example, if you take 33 points of damage, you gain +6 Str for 1 round. If you later take 21 points of damage, your strength bonus rises to +10. To gain a +20 bonus to strength you need to take 100 points of damage in a single round (and be caster level 20 or higher).
Maximum Health Penalty: -9.
