Access to a fairly powerful artifact from level one is not appropriate, even for very high play. |
That artifact is actually really weak. You could straight-up give it to a 3rd level party and they would pawn it off two levels later unless they were being repeatedly harassed by clerics with SOD spells. LenKagetsu (talk) 22:58, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
- Not only that, the level one argument there is pretty meaningless. This artifact isn't all that powerful, especially at low level, the best thing about it at level 1 is that it a +1 club! --Leziad (talk) 23:35, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
