Tower Slam
Shields with this enhancement can be used for shield bashes, lose the -2 penalty to attack rolls, and gain a special staggering attack. The shield deals 1d8 damage with 20/x2 critical for a medium tower shield. As a standard action, one can make a shield bash attack that forces a Fortitude save DC 10 + 1/2 HD + ability modifier for attack rolls against staggering the target for 1 round. Save negates the staggering but not the damage.
If you do not have Improved Shield Bash, you can choose to retain your shield bonus to AC anyway by taking a -4 penalty on any shield bashes. If you do possess the feat, the shield bash gains +2 to attack, and +2 to the DC of the staggering ability.
Moderate evocation; CL 11; Craft Magic Arms and Armor; Price: +1.
