Airhead
No matter your level of Intelligence, you are always a bit of an airhead. You are always distracted by trivial matters and you tend not to think too much.
Effect: You roll twice whenever you make an Intelligence or Wisdom-based ability or skill check, you must take the lower result. You may still take 10 as normal. Additionally, you take a −4 penalty on Will saves made to avoid being Fascinated.
Benefit: A Moderate bonus feat or lower for which you meet the prerequisites.
