Your unorthodox appearance can make it difficult to socialise.

Prerequisite: You have been permanently altered by Flesh Craft (Chirurgery, Flesh Warped, Flesh Wrapped, Grafts, or the Like.)

Effect: There is a 25% chance that an NPC who sees unorthodox appearance may find it interesting or even fascinating. (Treat as a 75-100 on a 1d100 roll.)
