Headspace Retreat

If no one is actively engaging with you, then you tend to absent-mindedly daydream without realising it.

Prerequisite: May not have Alertness nor any similar feat.

Effect: You suffer a -4 penalty to initiative.
Whenever you are ambushed, you are stunned for the first round.
If someone is having a conversation near you, but not specifically speaking to you, then you roll with a -4 penalty to remember what was discussed.

Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.

Special: None.
