Redux of a redux

Some of the issues of the otherwise good Polymorph Self, Tome (3.5e Spell) was bothering me. So I fixed them. Mostly this one makes it clear you are TRANSFORMING rather than being REPLACED (resulting in the hilarious but very not RAI interpretations of DD in the other spell's talk page), prevents you from suddenly becoming vulnerable to things like blasphemy and the like cause your HD is suddenly 1 cause you turned into a kobold, made it clear what stays and what goes, clarified where your magic items go, and most importantly prevented you from turning into an eefret and spamming free wishes. Don't know what Jota was talking about either... Anywho, I am not sure I understand the " If the new form has spellcasting (such as a solar), you must rest for 8 hours before you gain access to their spellcasting." part, considering that this is a 10 minute / level spell.
