You correct damage to a creature's truename, and subsequently heal them as well. You recover 1d6 points of ability damage and half that amount of ability drain to one score, and remove any ability penalties in effect.

Reverse: You crush an opponent's truename in your mind, causing them to suffer. They take 1d6 points of ability damage to all their ability scores, or 1d10 points of ability damage to a single score of your choice. A successful Fortitude save negates.

Failure: On a failed truespeak check, only 1 point of ability damage is cured (and no drain). For the reverse, only 1 ability damage to all scores, or 1d4 points to a single score, is done.

Primal Utterance

Normal: Restore all ability damage, ability drain, ability penalties to all scores and remove all energy drain. You remain immune to such effects for 1 hour afterwards.

Reversed: The creature must save or take enough ability damage to reduce one ability score to 1. A successful save deals normal single ability score damage.
