This rating refers to a substantially different version of the article, or concerns mentioned in it have already been addressed.The DCs is calculated weird, no action cost listed and is overall unclear to the point of being unusable. DC should be calculated as DC 10 + 1/2 Character level + Dex Mod. This ability should use something like a move action. There is also no range listed. Do you still take damage? Who know!
