You hawk up some mucus onto your victim.
If you hit the target with a ranged touch attack, it becomes more susceptible to diseases for the duration. This gives it a -2 penalty to saving throws against disease. In addition, if it had immunities to diseases, it loses some of them: if it was immune to both supernatural and mundane diseases, it loses immunity to supernatural diseases; if it was only immune to mundane diseases or only immune to supernatural diseases, it loses that immunity.
