Canon:High Clerist's Tower

The High Clerist's Tower is located on the boarder of Solamnia. It defends Palanthas from southerly invasions.
The High Clerist's Tower contains several Dragon Traps designed around a central chamber which would hold a Dragon Orb. These trapped dragons would then be attacked by soldiers wielding Dragonlances.
The High Clerist's Tower is the site of Heroe of the Lance Sturm Brightblade's death at the hands of Kitiara Uth-Matar.
