Fracture Timeline
Entropic Wanderer Greater; 5th

Hand sheathed in rippling black energy, you swing for your target. As you make contact, that energy erupts across your foe's body with a faint sound not unlike the shattering of glass. The target begins flickering in and out of existence intermittently, gazing at you, mouth agape, in horror.

This sacrifice cannot be used if you've already used up your Temporal Strike for the round. When you activate this sacrifice - A standard action - You make a melee touch attack against a single target. If the attack hits, it deals no damage (But does use up your Temporal Strike for the round). However, for the next 1d6 rounds, the target must roll on the Havoc table each round to determine how their broken connection with the timeline affects their actions.

Health Cost: −9
