You cause a creature within short range to have a violent series of flashback, creating a instantaneous distraction. This spell must be used in response to an action (such as casting spell, moving or attacking). The subject of the spell must make a will save or be overtaken by horrible flashbacks (either his or pure fabrication of the caster) caused him to fail to act, wasting the action.
