You react in the extreme.
Benefit: You gain a +4 on Reflex saves.
Drawback: When ever you make a Reflex saving roll, you lose all actions on your next turn.
Roleplaying Ideas: You are an overreacting freak. Sure, your panic button can and does save your ass, but once something freaks you out you can not stop freaking out.
