This chalk allow you to draw on the air, it can even be used for magical drawing such as the symbol of series of spell. The drawing linger for an hour in optimal condition, however a moderate wind (11+ mph) disperses the drawing in 4 rounds; a strong wind (21+ mph) disperses the drawing in 1 round. You cannot use the chalk to draw in the air on any stronger winds.
