You do not die unless your hp is reduced to −20 (or −10 if you're an undead or construct). If you have the Undying Rage feature, its DC is reduced by 10. This does not stack with effects that extend your death threshold other than Undying Rage, nor does it protect you from effects that kill you at 0 hp (such as disintegrate) or that kill you even if your hp is above your death threshold (such as death effects, negative levels, and Constitution damage).

Maximum Health Penalty: −4
