Destruction Sphere

The manifester creates and hurls a sphere of destructive psychoportative energy, which utterly obliterates anything in its paths. The manifester may aim the sphere at any target within range, even one which benefits from total cover and makes ranged touch attack against that target. If the sphere hits, it deals 11d8 points of damage. The sphere disintegrates matters in path, leaving perfectly circular holes in walls and such. A destruction sphere deals maximum damage to all objects in its path not ignoring hardness, effectively negating any cover that does not survive it.

A creature slain by a destruction sphere is typically missing limbs or has a perfectly spherical hole through it, making it unsuitable for the raise dead spell. Finally a destruction sphere cannot be deflected or reflected by any effect.

Augment: You can augment this power in one or more of the following ways.

1. For each additional power points you spend, the damage dealt by the destruction sphere increases by 1d8 and the range of this power by 5 ft.

2. For 4 additional power points you spend, you cause the sphere to grow to 5-ft diameter. You make a ranged touch attack against all creatures in a line equal to the range of this power. If a medium or smaller creature is killed by this destruction sphere, it is completely disintegrated.
