A nice reusable cup resembling a bit like a thermos, written on it is "Pumpkin Spice Latte".
Any potable water or milk placed in this sealed reusable plastic cub become a hot beverage, such as coffee, tea or similar of a a specific kind after 1 minutes. If a liquid other than water or milk is placed in the cup, it must be emptied and cleaned before it is usable again. The cup has one practical uses, the hot beverage may be splashed as a ranged attack with a range of 5 feet with 3 rang increment, dealing 1d6 non-lethal fire damage as ranged touch attack. The cup may also be thrown, adding an additional 2 range increment and making it count as a throwing weapon. Obviously upon splashing the beverage the cop become empty and must be refilled.
The specific drink is chosen when the cup is first created and cannot be changed. The drink has no magical properties.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, cook, polymorph any object, crafter must possess the drink that the cup will replicate.
