Quick hand movement and a whisper can leave an enemy locked in a shell of thin ice. Used by beginning sorcerers and wizards to leaving victims unable to move or speak. Some other times, your just lining up a kill shot.
The target can be of any kind. This spell cannot affect a target with a Size of one higher then your own. Initial damage is 1d6 cold damage plus 1 cold damage per caster level. They take damage over time for each round they are trapped in the ice at 1d4 cold damage plus 1 cold damage per caster level.
If the target would take physical damage of ten or more from anything, the shell is broken.
In addition, the target loses all dexterity modifiers for AC.
