Insectile [General]
Due to a rare racial mutation, or experimentation, you have started to turn into an insectile version of yourself.Prerequisites: 1st level Only or Knowledge (Arcana) 9 Ranks.Benefit: You are or become partly insectile, gaining low-light vision (or superior low-light vision is you already had low-light vision), a +2 bonus on Spot check, you also gain one one the following ability:
- Chitin: You gain a Natural Armor of +1, or increase existing natural armor by +1.
- Mutated Wings: You gain a pair of wings, which aren't strong enough or large enough to fly. You gain the ability to slow your fall at-will as per feather fall and may glide 20 feet for each 10 ft descent while falling. You may qualify for the Wings of Evil feat even if you are not a fiend.
However you count as a vermin for effect which grant a bonus on attack and/or damage to such creature, such as a vermin bane enhancement or the ranger’s favored enemy (vermin).
Special: You may take this feat twice, taking it a second time to grant darkvision 60 ft (or increase current darkvision by 60 ft), superior low-light vision and the second ability.
