Features Swarm. The swarm can occupy another creature’s space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a Tiny insect. The swarm can’t regain hit points or gain temporary hit points.  Actions Multiattack. The swarm makes a Thunderous Chirping attack and, if charged, a Psychic Din attack. Thunderous Chirping. The swarm makes a sonic attack in a 60-foot radius. Each creature in range (except psycadas) must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, taking 16 (3d10) thunder damage on a failed save, or half  as much damage on a successful one. Psychic Din (Recharge 4+). The swarm makes a psychic attack in a 60-foot radius. Each creature in range (except psycadas) must make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw, taking 27 (5d10) psychic damage on a successful save, or half  as much damage on a failed save.
