Loreseeker Savant
A Loreseeker Savant has little time to assist others and focus almost exclusively on discovering ancient or new lore. This lead them into being much more potent spellcasters, although to a lesser degree to wizard, but retaining the skilled aspect of being a savant. That said they make for much less useful skill helpers, losing many of their team friendly abilities.
Class: Savant
Level: 1st-20th
Replaces: Skill Assistance, Ability Assistance, Ranged Aid Another, Mass Aid Another, Rapid Aid Another, Better than Average
Benefit: A Loreseeker Savant gain the Arcane Lore and Mental Talent class ability at 1st level instead of 4th level, their spellcasting progression become identical to the Bard except she still prepare spells as normal. The Loreseeker Savant also gain the following class features:
Discover Secret: At 3rd level and each 3 levels thereafter, a Loreseeker Savant learn a single Loremaster's Secret or a Wizard's Arcane DiscoveryPathfinder, using half her savant class level as her effective loremaster level or her savant class level as her effective wizard level.
Specialized Arcane Lore: A 4th level Loreseeker Savant gains Spell Focus as a bonus feat.
Rapid Preparation (Ex): A Loreseeker Savant of 14th level or higher is able to prepare spell extremely quickly, a number of times per day equal to her Intelligence modifier she may prepare a spell as a full-round action. She is required to study her spellbook to do and must have it on hand, unless the prepared spell was selected with Spell Mastery.
Ultimate Lore: At 20th Loreseeker Savant may draw her spells from any spell list, arcane, divine or otherwise. She may only still prepare spells not powers, utterance or other type of magic.
