| Activation: | A Mayhem Blindfold requires a day to attune to its wearer once it is donned. After wearing it continually for 24 hours, the wearer must choose two of the Domestic Tarrasque maneuvers that the item can grant for which he meets the prerequisites. He then gains knowledge of those maneuvers and can use them as long as the crown is worn. Should the blindfold be removed and then replaced, it requires another day to attune itself to the wearer before it can grant knowledge of any maneuvers. While worn, the Mayhem Blindfold's wearer is Blinded and loses all forms of blindsight, blindsense, and tremorsense. |

A Mayhem Blindfold is a colorful piece of cloth that completely covers the wearer's eyes. The blindfold functions as a Crown of White Ravens, except that it features maneuvers from the Domestic Tarrasque discipline, and the wearer benefits from two maneuvers at a time. It comes in Novice, Scholar, or Master varieties.
While worn, the Mayhem Blindfold's wearer is Blinded and loses all forms of blindsight, blindsense, and tremorsense.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, One maneuver from the Domestic Tarrasque discipline.
