Unnatural Opportunist [Fighter]
They tied you up and cut off your head, but that's not going to stop you from putting a wrench in their plans.Benefit: You can take attacks of opportunity even while you would not normally be able to act, such as when paralyzed, stunned, panicked, nauseated, confused, helpless, flat-footed, unconscious, or dead. In addition, you may take one more attack of opportunity per round.
Special: You may use this feat instead of Combat Reflexes for prerequisites, but you don't have to.
