VFX Scratch [Viewtiful] Prerequisites: Ability to use VFX, Viewtiful Warrior level 5thBenefit: You gain the VFX power VFX Scratch. While VFX Scratch is in effect, you are immobile, but the world around you rumbles and quakes. This induces various blunt objects to fall down from out of nowhere to conk your enemies on the head. These objects have a weight of 10 pounds and are treated as having fallen 5 feet per level in VFX-possessing classes, plus 30 pounds and 15 feet for each point of Charisma modifier you have. Each enemy is struck with one object per attack you can make in your full attack routine in a single round (this means 1 object with a BAB of 0 to 5, 2 objects with a BAB of 6 to 10, 3 objects with a BAB of 11 to 15, and 4 objects with a BAB of 16 or higher). The objects always fall down at the perfect position and trajectory to strike their targets, so no attack roll is necessary; however, enemies can dodge the objects with a Reflex save (DC = 10 + ½ your Viewtiful Warrior/Shogun/Monarch/Captain class level + your Charisma modifier), but must make a separate save for each object. You drop the allotted number of objects on each enemy on your turn each round. Objects positioned in precarious locations (such as a boulder on a tall, narrow spire, or simply partially hanging over the edge of a cliff) can be induced to fall down by using VFX Scratch. VFX Scratch has a radius of 100 feet per Viewtiful Warrior/Shogun/Monarch/Captain level. VFX Scratch costs 2 VFX points per round to maintain (and also stops VFX from recharging while in use), and automatically ends if you get knocked prone, become stunned, or get afflicted with any other status condition. You may not use Viewtiful Dodge while using VFX Scratch, though you still get other dodge bonuses (including the dodge bonus granted by VFX Slow, if you're also using that power). As usual, enemies who are stunned take extra damage from the objects you drop. Special: If you have 15 or more Viewtiful Warrior levels, you generate a continuous earthquake centered on you that doesn't cease until you stop using VFX Scratch. The earthquake's radius is equal to your VFX Scratch radius. You are not affected by your own earthquake. (Actually, you hover about a foot above the ground while using VFX Scratch. Why? 'Cause it's cool, that's why.)
