These white boots have strange blades on the sides. With a command they snap into a single ice-cold blade which allows transport over slick frozen land.
When switched into skating mode as a swift action, you can move over icy surfaces without need to make a balance check. In fact, you benefit from the skate power while on icy surfaces. In addition you may walk along any icy surface even on the walls and ceiling with as much difficulty as walking.
You can travel over the surface of water, briefly transforming the surface into ice. However you do not benefit from the speed bonus when traveling over water.
If you have Improved Unarmed Strike, you can deal slashing damage with your kicks with an additional +1d6 cold damage.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, freezing sphere, water walk.
