As this spell is being cast, massive storm clouds cover the sky in the affected area. As soon as the casting is complete, a sudden hailstorm accompanies rapid temperature loss. Every creature inside the area takes 4d6 points of cold damage and 4d6 points of bludgeoning damage each round. Creatures also have their vision and movement obscured by driving winds and quickly accumulating snow, acting as though they are in a solid fog. Every ten minutes they spend inside this storm forces a victim to make a Fortitude save or become fatigued until they rest for an hour outside of the storm. An additional ten minutes of exposure forces another save, failure of which leaves the victim exhausted until they rest outside of the storm for at least eight hours.
