Even though this appears to be a different version that my compatriots rated, this is a dangerous mix right here. Yes, it has penalties. And debilitating ones, at that; being dazed pretty much whenever you're around someone of significant Intelligence is just silly, because then your party wizard is going to be giving you migraines 24/7. So unless you surround yourself with a party of retards, that's not going to fly.
Second, calm emotions ends encounters. Giving it as an SLA or whatever useable at will is ridiculous. |

Outsider is not a subtype, perception is not a skill, telepathy don't work that way, you die no save if you remain in mountainous region for too long, emphatic aura is broke, fluff is barebone.
The spell-like ability ALONE make me hate this, the other flaws don't help at all. Teleport and HEAL should never be handed at 1st level, ESPECIALLY the former... and it usable at-will. Overall the race is overpowered for it LA, yet most of it racial traits are broken and the wording is terrible on all count. |
