This staff is a shiny black, appearing reflective like glass yet as dark as the moonless night. Rather than a reflection of the outside it only displays an array of stars and unknown cosmos. A glowing sphere of energy is contained in a glass sphere on top.
The staff of the heavens has the following spells:
- meteor swarm (1 charge)
- reverse gravity (1 charge)
- overland flight (1 charge)
In addition you do not need to breath, and are immune to pressure damage and ambient radiation (but not from [Light] spells). These effects are continuous as long as you have the staff somewhere on your person, and remain even if all charges are depleted.
Prerequisites: craft staff, meteor swarm, overland flight, reverse gravity.
Cost to Create: 53,400, 4272 EXP, 106 days.
