Your eyelids feel heavy, every movement labored as you struggle to even move. Your attack completed, you gasp for air as you must rest a moment before acting again.
The target of this spell become the subject of a curse that prevents them from acting regularly. Every time the target of this spell spends an action, they must make a Fortitude save to avoid forgoing an identical action on their next turn, up to the maximum amount of actions the creature can use in one turn. A character who spends a swift and a full-round action while under this spell, for example, will have to give up a swift and full-round action on his next turn (essentially his entire next turn) in order to act. A character who succeeds on multiple Fortitude saves in a row becomes fatigued as the energy expenditure takes its toll.
