Normal Casting
With a touch, you refresh tired and sore muscles back to their full capacity. You negate the effects of fatigue (but not exhaustion) for the duration, at which the fatigue returns until proper rest is obtained.

Ritual Casting
Tracing symbols of health and movement on a surface with your own blood, you augment everyone against growing tired from sustained vigorous movement. All targets may hustle over long distances, effectively doubling their overland speed.
