Eternal Mindspring of the Psionic Mind [Psionic] Your mind is an eternal wellspring of psionic energy. It may not compare to your normal stock, but it gives you the energy you need when times are tough.Prerequisites: Manifester level 6thBenefit: You always have a minimum of 2 power points remaining, your power point amount always refilling at the start of your turn. The psionic power is unstable, suitable for use in powers, feats, and items as normal, but not for any item or ability which stores power points for more than 1 round in reserve (such as cognizance crystals) as the free energy falls apart in 1 round. Normal: You don't have infinite power points. When you're out, you're out.
