Solid. And one of the scaling feats I feel doesn't have a wizard piss in it halfway through. Ah right, I should explain the meme for those not in the know. My critique is often that these feats have a problem where they go like this... 1: Not bad. 3: Pretty neat. 7: That's a good power... 10: EXPLODE THE UNIVERSE WITH YOUR MIND! 16: Awesome, but Jesus Christ level 10... And so a (wizard level) note ruins the feat. Not so for this, the level of the bonuses granted is consistent and solid for the entire run and the given balance point. Good job.
