The wizard appears to be wearing full plate made out of pure seizures.
When you cast this spell you gain the appearance of glowing, flashing armor which cycles between all the colors randomly. You shed light as a torch at all times. The AC and benefits of your armor change at the beginning of your turn each round. Consult the table below.

When you reach caster level 12th, your armor causes dangerous effects on those of 8 HD or less. They are automatically blinded for 1 round if they get within 5 ft of your armor.
