This small little raptor is a lone carnivore that attacks smaller creatures with its talons, using it's wing like arms to help it stay on top of its prey.

If the velociraptor is successful it can make one additional talon attack when it takes the attack action to use its talon. QuickNip. The velociraptor can make a bite attack as a bonus action.
