Ghost Tears

Supposedly harvested from the tears of the undead, ghost tears as concentrated essence of sorrowful emotions. Holding it makes one uncomfortable, and being afflicted by it renders one in a state of true sorrow. However, it can also be used to disrupt other emotional effects.

This thin watery substance is not unlike runny salt water. It can be used as an ingested or an injury poison with different effects. As an ingested poison, it renders the target into a melancholy stupor where they are susceptible to suggestion. As an injury poison it daunts creatures, and removes their will to act at all. It is one of the few poisons which has no lasting harmful effects. It is also a rare poison which can affect the undead, though they gain a +4 bonus on their saving throws against it.

Type: Injury DC 14, or Ingested DC 18
Initial Effect: 1d4 daunt levels, or affected by calm emotions spell and the next request they hear within 1 minute is treated as suggestion which they have failed against.
Secondary Effect: Affected by disable for 10 minutes, or affected by crushing despair for 1d4 hours.
Price: 500 gp
