For some reason, no one seems to notice that you're actually a giant turtle. Or that a fedora and trenchcoat is totally inappropriate in this situation.
As long as you are wearing both the fedora and trenchcoat, your appearance is obscured. People do not react to your appearance, viewing you as a generic creature of someone or something expected to be there. This is similar to disguise self, but is a mind-affecting ability which works on any creature which sees you. Creatures within 30 ft get a Will save to resist, DC 15, to negate. Creatures immune to mind-affecting abilities are immune. This effect transfers over cameras and scrying sensors, and on recordings.
Prerequisites: Craft Universal Item, false sensory input.
