Actually, the mechanics work, kinda. They're just boring, and somewhat arbitrary. Why are these smart sexy penguins? Do they really have nothing going for them besides waddling and enjoying the cold? Why does waddling, a fairly objectively bad form of movement, give bonuses on AoOs? It's just so... meh. |
