I like this spell in concept, but I have two big problems. One is Secret Page. 3rd level. Same thing but perma-effect. One can say Secret Page is overleveled, but it still has a useful effect and not one suitable for a cantrip.

The other is, even if it was ok at 0th, a duration of 1 minute/level renders this useless.

Recommendation: Make it a 1st level spell that is lesser secret page. Day/level duration or until discharged, discharged by some contingent effect. Maybe throw in something else like "text isn't gone, just mostly transparent. A very high Spot check can discover the text." Maybe rip it from Invisibility. Now you have Invisibility Text.

With the new clarifications, I'm not sure that it's actually useful. It can target only whole sheets, and is only 1 minute per level. When would you use that? Its duration is too short for any involved intrigue, and the fact that it targets the whole sheet rather than bits of text means that you can only end up with a blank sheet of paper.
