Lethargic Frame of Mind

Those without sleep have to sleep, albeit less than the standard 8 hours.

Prerequisite: Must be a race that doesn't require sleep.

Effect: You now have to enter a state of mind for four hours every day nearly identical to sleep. You may choose when the four hour period of sleep occurs within a twenty four hour time frame, but it must be uninterrupted much like regular sleep.

Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.

Special: This flaw counts as sleep for classes, feats, and anything else that requires a race to have to sleep.
