Limpbile
Type: Injury
DC: 15
Initial Effect: Half Speed
Secondary Effect: Immobilization for 1d3x10 minutes
Price: 375 gp

This pale sickly yellow liquid has a bitter smell, it is an oil extracted from Indian peas that afflicts the lower body with paralysis and weakness. On a failed Fortitude save the creature's movement speeds are cut in half as their legs give way. They are unable to run or take a 5 ft step for 1 minute, though they may still charge.

On a successful save they take no effect but must still make a secondary save one minute later or take the initial effect (they do not have the secondary effect).

One minute after a failed Fortitude save they must make a second save or become immobilized for 1d3x10 minutes. Their movement speeds become 0. They are not helpless and they can crawl with their arms at a movement speed of 5 ft. Standing up from prone is a standard action, and they take a -4 penalty on any effect which would knock them prone.
