Healing Surge [Xenotheric]
You can use your bio-energy to heal your wounds.
Prerequisites
Con 13.
Benefit
By expending one bio-energy charge, you forcibly speed up your metabolism to create a healing surge. You heal 1d8 points of damage for every 2 HD and every point of Constitution bonus you have.
As an alternative application, you may use a healing surge to restore a number of points of temporary ability damage to a single ability score equal to your Constitution bonus.
