Psionic Artificer [Psionic]
Prerequisites: Craft Universal Item, must be able to manifest psionic fabricateBenefit: You are able to create items through powerful metacreativity, you may spend a number of power points equal to the manifester (or caster) level of the item you wish to create, you create the item in a single hour of work, expending all necessary resources. If you spend twice the manifester level of the item you instead create it as a standard action. This count as manifesting a power, as per manifesting a power you cannot spend more than your own manifester level. If the process is interrupted or you fail the check you do not expend any resources, the power points are still lost but you may try again.
The item created this way are made of a psionic material which behave a steel and cannot rust, in order to make an item out of a special material you must have the appropriate amount of material (value) on hand. Otherwise crafting items in this manner do not require any material.
When crafting a magical or psionic item, you must make a Use Psionic Device check equal to 10 + twice the caster/manifester level of the powers or spell required in the item. If you fails, you are delayed for 24 hours but may try again to complete the item the next day (or the attempt fail if using the method above). If successful you creates the item as if you had successfully cast the required powers or spells.
Special: This feat allow you to create magical item as if you had any Item Creation feat necessary as long as you possess the appropriated psionic version.
