Inertial Strike
Lexicon of the Lexicon of the Primal Word

You imbue your weapon attack with great inertia, which allow you to strike from afar, ignore armor and deal heavy damage. You make a melee weapon attack with +10 reach which is resolved as a touch attack, if it hit the attack deal an additional +2d6 damage. This extra damage increase by +1d6 at truenamer caster level 5th and each odd level thereafter.

If you reverse this utterance, you cast this utterance as an immediate action to stop a weapon it in track. You gain DR/- equal to your truenamer caster level against the next melee attack made against you. If the damage is completely negated, the attack count as having missed for the purpose of effect which trigger on a hit.

Primal Utterance

Normal: The utterance deal double damage and send the struck opponent flying 10 feet per truenamer caster level. If a creature is huge or larger, halves the distance for each size category it is above large.

Reversed: The utterance last for 1 round per level instead of 1 round.
