Warm Up
You start with a -5 penalty to attack, ability checks, and skill checks until you stretch a bit.
Effect: You start with a -5 penalty to attack, ability checks, and skill checks until you warm up. It decreases at the start of your turn each round by 1 until it hits 0, and you can speed up the process by stretching (a move action) to reduce it by 2 points. The benefits last until the end of the encounter, or 1 minute out of a stressful situation.
Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
