Swift Swimmer [General]
Prerequisites: Swim 4 RanksBenefit: You may use your Dexterity instead of your Strength when making a Swim checks. In addition when making a Swim check, you move at half your speed when taking a move action to swim or at full speed when taking a full-round action to swim. If you possess a swim speed it increases by 5 ft.
