Sediarium Mage
A small template that applies to those that study mundane transportation for nobles and tourists.
Sediarii Mages are simply expert casters that have completed a small but appreciated course on the magic of mundane transportation.
Creating a Sediarium Mage
This is an acquired template that can be applied to any spellcaster. Spellcasters must study a month in a specialized college or academy, paying a fee of 1,000 gp. At the end of the month they graduate as Sediarii Mages and gain the benefits of this template. Usually casters don't pay from their own resources but are sent by their patrons to learn the sediarii's techniques.

The base creature's size and type do not change.
Hit Dice
The base creature's Hit Dices do not change.
Special Qualities
Graduated sediarii mages add the rickshaw and palanquin procession spells to their spell lists, at the appropriate levels (1st and 3rd respectively) and may cast them as spell-like abilities: 3/day rickshaw and 1/day palanquin procession (when able to cast such levels of spells).
Environment
The same environment as the base creature.
Organization
These casters are often court mages that are sent by their patrons to learn such spells for convenience.
