1. See Damage Increases by Size to calculate the damage for a weapon larger than Medium or smaller than Small.
2. Weight figures are for Medium weapons. A Small weapon weighs half as much, and a Large weapon weighs twice as much.
3. When two types are given, the weapon is both types if the entry specifies "and", either type (player's choice at time of attack) if the entry specifies "or", or each end of the double weapon is a different type if the entry specifies "/".
4. The hp value given is for Medium armor, weapons, and shields. Divide by 2 for each size category of the item smaller than Medium, or multiply it by 2 for each size category larger than Medium.
With a lenght of around 5 feet, the koncerz is a very narrow and long thrusting sword, generally used by a type of heavy cavalry and optimized to defeat body armor (either by piercing directly through mail links, or by thrusting between the plates of plate armor), but not used to cut or slash.
For characters with the Exotic Weapon Proficiency with the Koncerz, this weapon can be use it one-handed on foot without penalties; it grants a +1 bonus to attack rolls when used against opponents without dexterity modifier wearing medium armors or heavy armors and a +2 bonus to attack rolls When used while mounted during a charge against opponents wearing medium armors or heavy armors.
A koncerz can be used also in one-hand from horseback as martial weapon. When used while mounted during a charge against opponents wearing medium armors or heavy armors, this weapon grants a +2 bonus to attack rolls.
A koncerz has reach. You can strike opponents 5 feet away with it, but you can’t use it against an adjacent foe.
As a standard action you can make a single attack with an additional +5 foot reach. This does not change the squares you threaten.
Charachters without the Exotic Weapon Proficiency can use it two-handed on foot as a martial weapon (in that case it works as a Bastard Estoc).
You can use the Weapon Finesse feat to apply your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier to attack rolls with an great estoc sized for you, even though it isn’t a light weapon for you.
A koncerz deals double damage when used from the back of a charging mount, it counts as a lance for the purpose of benefiting from Spirited Charge.
